wait correct me if i’m wrong but does that mean that alchemy is a spiritual and physical wich consist of breakin down matter mentally and also doing it physically or is it a sort of concept wich leads to a physical and a metaphysical concept

So let me get this straight, alchemy is relating phyiscal chemical processes to psychological processes and thus sort of creating this chemistry of both the physical and metaphysical?
In my own limited understanding, conjunction in psychological alchemy has to do with the union of the thinking, objective mind and the feeling, subjective mind. The two merge and become a vehicle for the higher self

While it is not possible to delete the music, it is possible to attain a level of focus and concentration that your mind hears little or no mental chatter, and you will only hear what you wish to listen to.
This is one of the primary purposes of meditation, and through diligence, you will have meditated in a deep state (and clear of chatter) on the precepts in this film for nearly an hour. Enjoy.

actually, I think this was intended specifically for people who do not understand it, hence the fact that it is an educational documentary, teaching the basic principals for those whom do not know..
