@mikeportnoyfan The easiest thing will be to Select All (Ctrl+A on a PC, Command+A on a Mac) and then click the letter ‘P’ on your computer keyboard. That will automatically set the markers around all your parts. btw, once you’ve done that, you’ll clearly see where the markers start and end, try manipulating the end points so you’ll learn how to set them on your own without the quick key commands.
it’s telling me when i try to export it as a mp3 or wav etc that my left and right locators need to be set. Could you help me with that?I’m a noob lol
thanx
my vocals are real low and sound far away.why do u think this is?what are some reasons for this?>

@vxnice Under the File Menu, select Export -> Audio Mixdown. From there you can select to export as an mp3 file.
new to cubase everything plugged in but mic not picking up to record help please?!
ive made some music on cubase5 but how do i turn it into a mp3 track so if i want to listen to it i can just open it in winamp or give the song to a freind ? can you please help me
Please i need help really badly. I recently bought an interface which came with Cubase AI4 though the playback is stuttering and the metronome is broken up, in other words its not running smoothly. How do i fix this? Btw the spec on my pc is more than enough to cope with cubase as it has 8 GB of RAM.
Under the file menu, you’ll find an export sub-menu from where you can export your audio mixdown. Once that’s exported, you can burn the new audio file to CD using your normal CD burning software, such as iTunes or Windows Media Player.
When you select a track to record on, you’ll notice that the track’s record arm button (the red button) will turn on. To record on multiple tracks, simply turn on the record arm buttons of the additional tracks.
how to burn the song that you recorded into the CD? i cant do mine
question please** : How do I record two independant tracks at once using the Tascam 144 interface with cubase?
Angels and Airwaves!
You need create a mono audio channel to record to, that will ensure that your vocal comes out of both sides. Do you have the new 5.1.1 update? That has project setups that will set you up properly automatically.
but wen i use it for recordin vocals they only play on the left side
Yes, that’s perfect!
will a tascam us-122l work with this
Yes, the Fast Track Pro is about the minimum you’d want to get but it will indeed enable you to make comprehensive recordings.
hi i have a normal laptop and i was wondering if i was to buy an M-audio Fast track pro would i be able to make comprehensive rexordings?
