I have slim side and no love handles and a tiny waist but its my stomach and thighs that are the victim!! So Im going to try and join your Perfect ten!     WOW!! Tko I can express how much this inspired me!! I’m 14 bout to be 15 in a few, and Ive been feeling uncomfortable about my body since 4th grade! I hate how I always ruin my shirts but tugging the down to much to hide my rolls and how the inside of my favorite jeans rip cause I gain to much fat in that area! I mean last year when I found out what Skinny jeans were I got my first pair and was a size 12! good huh? now im a size 17 going on 18 and I dont know whats happening!

    Before embarking upon anything a person must speak with their doctor about their specific & individual needs

    All nuts & seeds are great to use sparingly in snacks and as salad topics. However peanuts & cashews are a little higher in carbs than the others.

    Multivitamins r great! We will talk about which ones are best assimilated into the body.

    Flour is a non-food. Whole grains are the real food. Your pregnant friend should have special prego vitamins from her doc & she needs more live greens

    Check your frozen section for frozen acai packets. They are usually right with the frozen fruits and are packed like the frozen wheatgrass. :)

    I was painting my 11 yr old daughter’s nails while I listened and she was like “why is this lady talking so long..” LOL! I said because she’s helping people eat healthy like we do. She was like “Oh.” Too funny! Great video and when you read Bok Choy my daughter and I were like “We eat that!” It’s one of our favs! Great info!
