Fuck yeah, light weight baby. Beta-alanine worked well for me, I noticed it. Although it wasn’t a huge difference i was able to get that every few reps in. If your lifting heavy such as reps between 6-8, you probably won’t notice it. But if your in the higher rep ranch like 12-15, you’ll notice that latic acid build up won’t come as fast, which allows you to get a few extra reps in. Those last reps are what counts
what if you have the pill form
I mix a bit less than 1ml in coffee cup (it’s sweet), twice a day. This is less than half a teaspoon. It’s enough to cause tingling though and improves results. I haven’t had a need to take more.

You’re gonna love it. I’ve been using beta-alanine for 2 years now. Your muscles perform much better (takes longer for fatigue to set in). The stuff is very lasting too. If you buy a 500g can, you’ll likely still be using the same can after a year.

Normally I stick to basic supplements including protein powder, multivitamins, creatin, glutamine. But i picked up Allmax beta alanine for the hell of it to see if its gonna do me any good. I’ll give you my perspective after a month of use
