The website doesn’t seem to be any help. I’d recommend getting a comfortable chair, a phone headset, and your most recent invoice from Amazon. Stay on with them and write down the name and employee number of everyone you talk to. Then, ask for a letter of confirmation. Insist on it!
After you get the letter, or after the time that they tell you the amount of time it will take them to close it, try to log again. If you can still log in, then write a letter and copy the BBB and your state department of consumer affairs.
