I would have given this product five stars had it not arrived without any printed assembly instructions. As I had a good set of tools and some mechanical experience I was able, by deduction, to work out what should go where. Someone without either would find it a struggle. As it is, the bike is excellent value for money; the build quality top notch, and the performance brilliant. My first ride after charging the battery overnight was a round trip of 7 miles, plus an evening run of 3 miles to test the lights. The ten mile total had reduced the battery level to three reds – four when fully charged – so there was ample in hand for use next day. On the debit side, the bike is fairly heavy, but perhaps they all are. A plus in this respect is the foot-operated retractable stand, which is an absolute boon when when parking. All in all, a very handy addition to my personal campaign to cut down on the cost of petrol and CO2 emission. Alan

I would certainly recomend buying a electric bike from Thomsons ,My bike arrived earlier than stated,which was exciting but unfortunately the back light was damaged, Thomsons delivered a back light and also a basket to put on the front of the bike and a box for the back the following day and free of charge,If you are looking to buy an electric bike Thomsons will be the place to get one ..

The Thompson euro-classic 2,is a treat to ride.I have had mine a week,should of got it years before.Everything works,electric lights and horn.Easy to charge and cheap per mile.This is great value for money.It is heavier than a normal bike,but is smart andworks well.Mine arrived early and good after sales.All in all its a great product.

delivery time was excellent,ordered on a Saturday and delivered on the Tuesday. The bike is well balanced and quick. My wife ( weighs 50Kg ) manages it well to go to work every day.
