I bought this product as a similar one was recommended to me by a friend. She said that the 100% juice, when consumed one ounce per day, diluted in another fruit juice, was helping her lose unwanted pounds. There are supposedly many other health benefits to Acai juice, as well. I’ve used a bottle and a half, without noticing too much difference in my weight, and nothing else has been noticeable, either, though I’m not sure what other ‘noticeable’ effects it would have… Tip: don’t dilute it in cranberry juice, it ends up tasting like play dough.

It’s doesn’t taste that great but not horrible either and it even grew on me after a while. There is slot there, I was taking a cap a day and it lasted about a month and a half. I believe that it changed my appitite and overall hunger more than anything, but that cud easily be my Kinsey during this fitness phase I’m goin through. It’s worth buying to so how it affects you, placebo effect or not

When i first tasted this it was horrible. A capfull a day swalled as fast as i can so i don’t have to taste it. You get used to the taste after a while.
Never diluted it. No point.
It didn’t give me the weight loss i would have hoped for but i did shed a few pounds. It’s all in your mind! All day i would be thinking…. i’m not that hungry cos i’ve had some acai!
