@BigdogWitBigdog I already knew this. Shoot my ion netbook can play 1080p video. Its not that hard to do. And no, the first gen xbox does not. But the later ones with HDMI could.
@AlfreRock69 well source and unreal engine are still really great engines,
@bigrigross the 360 does have 1080p, just not for games. the games can only be rendered in maximum of 1080i wich is essecnially 720p. but movies and other things as such can be displayed in 1080p.
@SloeElvis ummm, no. uncharted has better voice acting, but crysis has much better animations and facial animations.
@2pado graphic whore? no one says games are all about graphics, however they are a big interest and point when it comes to games. psn sucks, steam is way better. PC’s gte a shit ton more exclusives than consoles. can you play WoW on ps3/360? can you play crysis on ps3/360? can you play the first half life? I could go on and on even flash games are exclusive.

You can build yourself a nasty PC for easily under $1000 these days.

@bringingbettergaming the people who made cryengine 3 found a strand of Chuck Norris’s hair, decoded the DNA, opened Adobe Flash, and just started typing in his DNA code (e.g. ATAGCTCCGAGAGT, etc.) and this came out. Yea, that’s right, this is Adobe Flash.

@2pado And the bad things about PC’s are runtime errors, and viruses and such, but you only get them if you dont know your stuff and/or are careless and so, and theres when consoles come in, consoles are made to appeal to the general public and not techheads like me, i like them consoles, dont get me wrong, i just like my PC more, because its facts, the PC is better. Consoles are good, but PC’s are better, hope you understand now with my three comments long explanation and stop being a fanboy.
@2pado Also, you dont need to be a graphic whore to like good graphics, graphics is a major aspect of gaming, as is story, gameplay and mechanics, and unlike you console owners, we can modify our games i forms of: Skins, Sounds, Models, Maps, and even Overhaul Mods, just look at Fallout 3’s modding community.
Also, we can tab out of our games, and just find something out with internet right away.
And about spending money, our games cost less. ;p Who rents games anyway?
@2pado We get a even bigger shitload of exclusive games, and we get DirectX 11, you only get DirectX 9, we get to choose our own Gear (Gamepad, Mouse, Keyboard etc.) and i know i cant change your opinion about all this, because you are a fanboy, im merely trying to inform you about the benefits of a PC, Steam/Xfire and other networks are all superior to XBL and PSN, now i know all this because i have both consoles and a good PC. Now consoles are good, no doubt, but PC’s are better.
@2pado im just saying when you put it into perspective, most people will buy 1 new game a month. And most people dont rent games. They buy them and getting them used anymore is getting harder since there making you pay for the multiplayer part either way. I have nothing against console gamers, but when they thing PC gamers spend more money than them, its bull. Your an average gamer i expect. An average gaming PC is 600 dollars for low end but they still look better than console.
@bigrigross You are not forced to BUY games, unlinke PC’s we can RENT them which is far cheaper (5 dollars or something, it depends on where you live).
And with 2000 Dollars, i can buy a PS3, 360, Wii and a cheap PC (in which i can get online, work, edit movies, etc), i get a shitload of exclusive games (whick PC will never get), Play station network is free, and i still get enough money to rent or buy a couple of games.

@kakmop that comes out to 2540. Wait a minute, our two prices are really close. LOL. You fail at math. What you fail to understand is that we dont pay to go online. We get our games at a fraction of a price than you guys. If you buy all new then you might as well get a PC. You console gamers need to go back to school and learn addition. here is how it stacks up. $400 for xbox + 100 dollars for 2 years of live+ 60×24 monts for games+ 600 dollar computer= 2540.
@kakmop you can code on any computer, but the fact remains, my encoding and decoding takes about a tenth of a time it takes you to do it. And i do enough of it to have my expensive machine. Lets do the math. My 2000 dollar machine at a game cost average for 30 dollars a game. And lets say 12 games a year. Ive had my machine for 2 years now. Thats 2720 dollars. Xbox= 400 dollars when it came out and 50 dollars for live and 60 dollars a game= 1940. And lets add on a computer. 600 dollars
@bigrigross I code on my cheap computer, I edit movies with my cheap computer, I get online with my cheap computer, I play FPS games on xbox live (which is awesome!), my xbox has never broken and if I don’t like someone, I just choose “avoid” after my ass has been kicked. The mass market appeal of an xbox vs. an expensive computer is… I don’t even know the word for it
You see, PC-gamers are a little group of people who we console gamers feel bit sorry for because of their delusion. :/
